Wake up 6 am and get breakfast at the hotel and after that we will drive you to the village of Sembalun (1100m) and registere entrance fee. Trekking start from the village of Sembalun around 8 am. We start with a gentle climb through open meadow, after about 2 hours walking we will reach pos 1 (1300m) and another 40 minute walk to pos 2 (1500m) we will continue to post 3 (1800m) and we will have lunch here. After lunch and rest we will go to Sembalun creater rim (2639m) it take 3 hours including a prolonged steep climb. We will camp the night on the creater rim. We can enjoy the view of sunset.
We wakeup around 2 am in the morning under the cover of darknes with a hot drink and light a breakfast, we will start heading to summit of the Rinjani at 3 am. We start with moderate treek, followed by a fairly easy but long treek. Final approach that involves climbing up step Vulcano screelooser.
Before the day trekking we have to stay one night in our homestay in senaru village(free), in senaru you can enjoy and chill at the waterfall area (the biggest waterfall in lombok) and in the morning after breakfst we will pick up you from the homestay and drop you to Sembalun to start our journey.
